The high end just got higher. The M7-Pro takes advantage of the Intel® Core™2 Quad processor. With four processing cores and 8MB of shared L2 cacheą, a 1333 MHz Front Side Bus, it enables you to get the most out of digital audio recording sessions. It features Intel® Wide Dynamic Execution, enabling delivery of more instructions per clock cycle to improve execution time and energy efficiency.
The M7 integrates the NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT with 512GB of DDR3 memory, and support for two DVI LCD monitors. It features hardware processed 1080p video playback of Blu-ray™ and HD DVD Plug-n-play CrossFire™ upgradeability HDMI with 5.1 surround sound audio. We can custom configure your system with one of several NVIDIA Quadro Series graphic boards to meet more demanding requirements, including boards with support for up to four monitors.
We use the Digidesign approved SIIG IEEE1394a Firewire card. This card features a Texas Instruments chipset and is fully Pro Tools compliant. It has two external, and one internal 400 Mbps ports, and is RoHS-compliant.
The M7Quad Core is optimized, configured and ready right out of the box. All you have to do is install your Pro Tools product and enjoy the best duo in digital recording. It’s that simple.
The M7 is engineered to stay cool and quiet. This includes using a silent heat-pipe engineered graphic board, power supply and hard drive enclosure. The chassis fans also integrate low-noise technology to ensure a whisper quiet environment. We also use special noise reducing padding inside the chassis.
The M7 is fully upgradeable and enables a user to add up to 8GB of DDR II memory, a range of Core 2 Quad processor speeds, and additional PCI cards. The motherboard can also be upgraded to accommodate newer motherboard technologies when they are approved by our engineering team.
Every system ships with Acronis True Image, the industry’s leading data recovery software. Users can easily create data recovery backups with a few mouse clicks. Enables total recovery without any data loss.
We pre-install VMobility on each system to provide worldwide secure remote technical support. It features desktop sharing, file sharing, web-conferencing, chat and VoIP. It only takes a few minutes to launch the application.
